OWNER

As the owner of Allied Property Systems LLC and Allied Plumbing Services LLC, I bring over 8 years of leadership at Allied and 19 years of experience as a lead carpenter in Kalamazoo. My specialties include pole barn builds, decks, kitchen and bath remodeling, and basement finishing.

Beyond work, I’m a dedicated Green Bay Packers fan and have been happily married to my wife, Jessica Knowlton, for 9 years. I’m passionate about mentoring young men in spiritual growth, success principles, budgeting, and business best practices. In my spare time, I enjoy building small furniture.

JT BRANCH.

CO-OWNER

As the co-owner of Allied Plumbing Services LLC, JT brings 8 years of plumbing experience and has spent the last 2 years with Allied Property Systems specializing in kitchen and bath remodeling. His dedication to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction is at the core of everything he does.

JT is a proud Philadelphia Eagles fan and enjoys riding his motorcycle and planning family events. He and his wife, Bree, have been blessed with two wonderful children, Hadley and Graelyn, who keep life exciting and full of joy.

JESSICA KNOWLTON.

FINANCE MANAGER

Jessica has over a decade of experience in finance management and oversees the financial operations for Allied Property Systems. Her expertise ensures the company stays on track for success.

She loves spending time with family, especially her granddaughters. In her free time, she enjoys vacationing in Northern Michigan, playing tennis, and making lasting memories with loved ones.
